Table for 15 wasnt a problem for these guys, food was excellent and service with a smile. Will be heading back there again soon.
This is one of Cumbria's hidden gem of a restaurant. Fabulous locally sourced food, portion size is great, it is cooked and plated to perfection but the diamond in this gem is definitely the staff and service. They have nailed every aspect of a visit to them.
Food was great, we had scampi and was well cooked. Chips are great. Coffee after the meal was fab and the shortbread just as good.

Stayed at Brayton lodge at lakeside lodges. Beautiful well equipped lodge with everything and more that you could wish for. Quite with lovely surroundings, good to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Hot tub wonderful. On site restaurant servers good tasty food portions largeWould recommend it to anyone. Will definitely be visiting there again
