Me and the husband popped into here looking for a nice cup of tea on a pretty miserable Monday morning, we were immediately met by the smell of delicious soup being made somewhere in the back, we had to have some of that and we did, and it was delicious and perfect and warming, we also had the choice of two which was brilliant as the hubby is a vegetarian, both were absolutely delicious served with a decent chunk of crusty bread and butter... Honestly... Delicious. The ladies working there (one was the owner) were as good as the food they served... Absolutely spot on. The place is so clean and such an oasis from the hustle bustle going on just outside the window... If anyone is passing through or looking for somewhere in Wigton to grab a decent cuppa and a slice of homemade loveliness this is the place.... honest, very decent and good prices... there's plenty of choice of hot and cold food ... we'll be back in for some more soup
